About the role
- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of HCL DX Portal environments, ensuring their availability, performance, and integrity.
- Work across the full lifecycle of the environment — from installation and configuration to monitoring, updates, and migration.
- Preparation of monthly availability and capacity reports.
- Installation and configuration of system components.
- Analysis and resolution of issues (troubleshooting).
- Performance analysis and optimization (tuning).
- Vertical and horizontal clustering.
- Administration of integrations with LDAP.
- Execution of product updates and environment migrations.
- Customizations and specialized technical support.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HCL DX Portal (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, tuning, and customizations).
- Basic knowledge of LDAP and its integration with HCL DX Portal.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux, and Windows.
- Experience with database integrations.
- Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) and other cloud providers (AWS, Azure, IBM, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
