About the role

Responsible for the administration and maintenance of HCL DX Portal environments, ensuring their availability, performance, and integrity.
Work across the full lifecycle of the environment — from installation and configuration to monitoring, updates, and migration.
Preparation of monthly availability and capacity reports.
Installation and configuration of system components.
Analysis and resolution of issues (troubleshooting).
Performance analysis and optimization (tuning).
Vertical and horizontal clustering.
Administration of integrations with LDAP.
Execution of product updates and environment migrations.
Customizations and specialized technical support.

Knowledge of HCL DX Portal (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, tuning, and customizations).
Basic knowledge of LDAP and its integration with HCL DX Portal.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux, and Windows.
Experience with database integrations.
Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) and other cloud providers (AWS, Azure, IBM, etc.).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
