About the role

  • Client portfolio management: monitor, develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Team supervision: guide and support the entire media, creative, planning, and digital and offline production teams, ensuring targets, deadlines, and quality of work are met.
  • Planning and strategy: develop action plans to expand business and foster client loyalty.
  • Monitoring metrics: track sales, satisfaction, and retention KPIs, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Campaign monitoring: responsible for overseeing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital media, television, and other media outlets.
  • Cross-functional integration: collaborate with all agency departments to ensure comprehensive solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading account or sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of media performance metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, strategic vision, and decision-making ability.
