About the role

  • Establish a trusting relationship with the client, ensuring the agency is perceived as an indispensable partner to their business.
  • Understand the client's vision and needs to validate briefings and develop the client's communication strategy.
  • Present the client's briefing, together with Planning, to the Creative team.
  • Direct the team and internal agency departments involved in the production process, guiding on references to be used, client particularities, and precautions to be taken.
  • Manage people, organizing workflows and overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Manage projects internally, monitoring their execution, deadlines, briefings (VBS), material requests, online and offline.
  • Enable the production of advertising materials, ensuring costs remain within the client's approved budget and obtaining Legal approval for legal matters.
  • Serve the client, negotiating deadlines and costs, updating them on the production process, and obtaining their feedback on service and work quality.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners, maintaining strong professional relations.
  • Control the client's budget, including costs presented in the estimate, amounts to be received by the agency, and monitoring actuals versus budget.
  • Perform other related activities as requested, instructed, or supervised by your immediate manager to contribute to the team and your professional development.

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Solid experience in advertising account management and with the routines described
  • Knowledge of the account management process (from the client to billing processes)
  • Microsoft Office (for developing spreadsheets, filling out forms, and presentations)
