About the role
- Provides leadership and oversight of all financial aid programs and services of the Graduate School of Education.
- Ensure high quality of service, efficiency in processing aid, and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise a full-time staff of two.
- Assist in recruiting new students and providing information to prospective students.
- Oversee the Federal loan programs and administer scholarships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressively more responsible experience in student financial aid and enrollment management in higher education.
- Master’s degree required.
- Strong leadership, analytic, management and people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Powerfaids student financial aid information system is a plus.
