Project Manager

• Creating implementation documents that range from project overviews to project plans that represent the partnership scope of work as outlined in a project proposal and discussed in initial project team meetings;
• Regularly maintaining and executing on project plans by making timely and relevant updates, developing and communicating team updates, and escalating timelines and shifting priorities when needed;
• Supporting the Project Director in agenda setting and facilitation of team meetings as well as management of the administrative elements of regular meetings with the internal team and external partners, including scheduling, preparing agendas, handouts, PowerPoint decks, and necessary materials, and following up from meetings as needed;
• Support content development by helping to codify professional learning arcs, session outlines, PowerPoint decks, and associated resources;
• Supporting the Project Director with knowledge management and artifact curation to inform reporting and internal learning;
• Providing technical support for professional learning engagements, including managing logistical details and platform guidance in preparation of and during sessions;
• Maintaining functional and supportive organizational systems and processes, including managing the G:Drive, codifying and revising existing and new processes, etc.; and
• Performing related duties as assigned.
• Maintaining and improving budget tracking tools at the project-level as well as at the divisional-level (e.g., budget breakdown and budget tracker per project, invoicing tool,, etc.);
• Supporting in maintaining a functional and supportive organizational system within the G:Drive, files, documented systems and processes, etc.;
• Managing deadlines around fiscal year budgeting and escalate up to team and Ed Center leaders as needed;
• Assisting with communications work for the team and Ed Center division, including branding, marketing and website development; and
• Performing related tasks as assigned.

Controller

• The Controller is a critical financial leader focused on operational rigor and execution excellence, ensuring the financial records and controls are impeccable to support the College's mission.
• Ensure unwavering accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) within the Division of Strategy & Operations.
• Serve as the accountable operational expert of the finance team, rolling up their sleeves to ensure all processes, systems, and reports are executed flawlessly.
• Manage, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting staff.
• Directly manage the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring efficient disbursement processing, expense management, and accurate vendor relations.
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of the Payroll function.
• Manage and maintain the College’s General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Establish, document, and strictly monitor a robust system of internal controls.

Artificial Intelligence

• Lead the design of Bank Street’s internal AI strategy, ensuring it reflects progressive education principles and institutional priorities.
• Collaborate with the Ed Center and the College’s leadership to integrate AI into programs, research, administration, and operations.
• Collaborate with the IT Team to evaluate and implement AI-powered tools that can improve faculty and staff workflows, instructional design, and student learning.
• Partner with the IT team to evaluate AI tools for security and safety.
• Stay informed on AI trends and develop recommendations for their responsible application within Bank Street.
• Build AI literacy in the Ed Center and across the College by developing professional learning, workshops, and resource guides for faculty and staff, including partnering with external experts and partners as needed.
• Establish ethical guidelines and best practices for AI adoption that align with Bank Street’s commitment to equity, child development, and culturally responsive teaching.
• Support divisions and departments in piloting AI tools and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional working groups, including an AI taskforce and a professional learning community with representatives from every division, to ensure consistent and coordinated adoption of AI practices across the institution.
• Develop systems for continuous learning and evaluation of AI initiatives at the Ed Center and across the College.
• Facilitate dialogue and reflection sessions to ensure AI use strengthens, not replaces, human-centered, relationship-driven teaching and learning.
• Serve as an internal thought partner to faculty and staff exploring innovative uses of AI in their work.
