About the role
- Create and deliver standout corporate events that bring Allwyn's story to life
- Design engaging experiences for senior stakeholders and industry partners

- Design innovative hybrid event formats that maximize engagement
- Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders
- Lead event briefings with executive team members
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners
- Develop an Allwyn CRM system for all events
- Coordinate with the Communications team on integrated storytelling
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction through excellent event delivery
- Work with the Director of Communications to identify business priorities, assessing scope of projects and strategy for delivery
- Lead end-to-end event management from concept to delivery
- Design and deliver standout corporate events
- Manage event budgets and supplier relationships
- Drive innovation in event technology and formats
- Ensure highest standards of event delivery
- Running live events and projects to the highest standards
- Lead on-site event teams and suppliers
- Create engaging presentation materials and content
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Work with procurement to onboard new suppliers and manage existing supplier relationships
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering high-profile corporate events
- Confident with experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Excellence in end-to-end event management
- Proactive, with excellent interpersonal, organisation
- Ability to multi-task, whilst ensuring accuracy of project deliverables
- Well-organised, process-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of modern event formats and technology
- Team leadership and development experience
- Budget management expertise
- Creative approach to event design
- Understanding of regulated industries beneficial
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead teams
- Experience with hybrid/digital event formats
- Flexible approach to work – due to the nature of the role, it will involve some evenings and occasional weekend work to deliver specific events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
