About the role
- Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of products in Allstate’s portfolio
- Create, drive, and execute product strategy for Enterprise Risk and Resilience
- Use customer feedback and market analysis to inform decisions
- Engage in discovery/test & learn activities
- Manage the product backlog and stakeholder feedback
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Understanding of and experience working in a technology development environment
- Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action
- Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs
- Advanced ability to communicate complex concepts to product development teams
- Proficient at breaking down work for iterative and incremental delivery
- Experience with GRC or integrated risk management platforms
