About the role
- The Product Engineer plays a key role in designing, building, and enhancing internally‑used digital products that support enterprise infrastructure, incident management, and service portal capabilities.
- Implementing generative and agentic AI technologies to augment and automate core development workflows.
- Working closely with technical teams and business partners across multiple geographies, contributing to feature design, integration testing, and continuous improvement of internally built tools that support operational teams.
- Evaluate proposed software changes, resolve issues and blockers, support feature planning, and ensure high‑quality delivery through systematic testing and functional design.
- Help configure vendor software where needed and act as a subject‑matter resource across multiple business areas.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Java and JavaScript.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working with Angular.JS, HTML and CSS.
- A minimum of 1 year in implementation deploying agentic AI frameworks and GenAI models to streamline software development pipelines.
