- Training, mentoring, and controlling quality on claims
- Reviewing, writing, and negotiating auto estimates and supplements
Requirements
- Experienced Auto Estimator specializing in supplements
- Strong technical estimating expertise
- Deep understanding of repair procedures
- Confident negotiation skills
- Experience writing estimates in CCC
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Authorization to work in the United States
