About the role
- Designing, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives within a subset of a field discipline that aligns with claims strategic direction and supports strategic goals
- The TCL manages a subset of the operations of a team within a market claim office (MCO), typically with an excess of 125 employees, including leading, training, inspiring, engaging and motivating leaders and employees in one or more business segments with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and customer centricity
- This role requires at least 7 years of experience leading a team of litigation adjusters
- This role involves the managing of catastrophic injury claims across multiple states and venues on policy limits less than $250,000
- Preference to those who have experience handling bodily injury exposures as outlined above in California, Washington, and Nevada claims
- Candidates located in Pacific or Mountain time zones preferred
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience leading a team of litigation adjusters
- Experience managing catastrophic injury claims across multiple states/venues
- Heightened risk awareness and extensive leadership experience handling large loss bodily injury claims
- Preference for experience handling bodily injury exposures in California, Washington, and Nevada claims
- Candidates located in Pacific or Mountain time zones preferred
