About the role
- Provide real time, business-focused commercial legal advice on commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, SaaS and other technology agreements.
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Facilities, Risk and Compliance, Privacy, Security, IT, HR, and within Legal to identify and solve problems, build partnerships, and complete commercial transactions.
- Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks, and process improvements to support efficient contract review and negotiation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution and active state bar license in good standing.
- 5 or more years of experience within commercial contracts, corporate transactions, technology agreements, or marketing/vendor relationships.
