- Support the development and drive solutions forward that allow our organization to reach its goals by partnering with technology, business stakeholders, and user experience
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and guiding the implementation of initiative
- Analyze, understand, and recovery of the organizations current business processes, goals, and objectives
- Help guide the implementation of the initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business architecture solutions and make recommendations for enhancements as needed
Requirements
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of related experience (Preferred)
- Ability to interact effectively, and coach others on interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy
- Ability to craft strategic storylines
- Ability to obtain and apply working knowledge of insurance industry
- Applies knowledge of analytical procedures to reconcile, manipulate, and recognize patterns of data
- Applies knowledge of problem solving and preparation of reports for analysis
- Ability to validate and prioritize product backlogs by leveraging customer-centric thinking, discovery and research, rapid iteration, and lean practices.
