About the role
- Developing, maintaining, and executing the crisis management framework across the organization.
- Coordinating with various business areas to ensure effective planning, response, and recovery capabilities during crisis events.
- Establishing strategic partnerships with cross-organizational business areas.
- Engaging with AoR Chief Risk Officers to identify and understand operational risks.
- Ensuring compliance with the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and plan preparedness.
- Assisting the Enterprise Crisis Manager in developing and maintaining the crisis management framework.
- Designing and facilitating exercises to test crisis management plans and capabilities.
- Creating and facilitating training and awareness programs for enterprise crisis management.
Requirements
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
