Conducting risk analyses on key issues and strategic recommendations for risk management
Anticipating legal concerns and providing creative problem solving in a dynamic business environment
Advising business partners on insurance regulatory legal issues that impact a new technology product design or rollout
Building or improving processes for seamless legal and compliance review of emerging technologies

Requirements

J.D is required and active bar membership in good standing
10+ years legal experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department for a mid- to large-sized company with a focus on technology and emerging businesses.
Strong Experience in the following areas: insurance regulation, privacy, technology, and artificial intelligence.
Knowledge of intellectual property, cybersecurity, and/or other highly regulated industries
Advanced experience advising technology teams
Ability to manage outside counsel and budgets
