About the role
- Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims.
- Apply intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by the company.
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
- Identify customer needs and work to meet those needs.
- Partner with assigned reps from fraud or subrogation areas when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims.
- Experience managing nonstandard auto insurance claims.
- Familiarity with California-specific claims handling practices and regulations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills from a global case management and pending perspective.
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills; ability to detect differences and issue recognition from multiple sources.
- Proficient in Word and Outlook.
