About the role

  • Support the development and execution of Autodesk’s brand merchandising strategy across priority moments, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Help translate brand strategy into tangible, high quality brand assets, toolkits, and experiences that teams can easily adopt and use.
  • Partner closely with the Brand Creative Studio to ensure brand merchandising is creatively compelling, strategically grounded, and operationally scalable.
  • Own day to day coordination, tracking, and delivery of brand merchandising initiatives, ensuring work is delivered on time, to brief, and to brand standards.
  • Partner with the Brand Strategy team and senior stakeholders to identify where teams need clarity, guidance, or tools to effectively activate the Autodesk brand.
  • Contribute to the creation and rollout of brand enablement materials, including playbooks, guidelines, toolkits, and internal communications.
  • Help ensure brand enablement work is practical, usable, and aligned to how teams actually operate, not just theoretically sound.
  • Support change management and adoption by gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and continuously improving enablement approaches.
  • Act as a connective tissue across Brand Strategy, Brand Creative Studio, and broader Marketing teams, helping work move smoothly from strategy to execution.
  • Prepare materials, updates, and readouts for leadership reviews and decision making forums.
  • Gain exposure to senior leaders within Marketing and the Office of the CMO, learning how enterprise priorities are set and executed.
  • Bring a fresh perspective, curiosity, and point of view to brand discussions, grounded in customer empathy and cultural relevance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in brand, storytelling, and how brands show up consistently across touchpoints.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Internship or project experience in brand, marketing, creative, or strategy roles.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines, creative workflows, or content production processes.
  • Strong visual sensibility and appreciation for good design, even if you are not a designer yourself.
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders and translate them into clear next steps.
