• Design, execute, and optimize AllSpice’s end-to-end demand generation strategy in support of pipeline and revenue goals.
• Deliver consistent, scalable inbound and outbound pipeline with clear accountability for quality, velocity, and performance.
• Improve conversion across the funnel, with particular focus on lead nurture and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Establish and scale at least two additional, repeatable pipeline channels beyond existing core motions.
• Implement strong experimentation frameworks and funnel analytics to inform channel mix, conversion, and efficiency.
• Roll up your sleeves to launch campaigns, run tests, and iterate quickly based on results.

Systems Engineer

• Help define the future of hardware development
• Help design, build, and operate systems that sit at the intersection of hardware design, data, applications, and large language models (LLMs)
• Own how data flows from raw inputs into structured systems
• Expose data through our suite of applications
• Instrument, analyze, and improve LLM interactions over time
• Work closely with GenAI, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to ensure DRCY is reliable and observable
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, transforming, and storing data
• Define and evolve data schemas that support analytics, applications, and LLM workflows
• Ensure data reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Build backend services and APIs that expose data to internal tools and user-facing applications

Account Executive

• Own and drive enterprise revenue growth across a defined set of target accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle end to end: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
• Run structured, value-driven discovery calls and demos that map AllSpice’s capabilities to technical and business needs
• Sell multi-stakeholder, six to eight figure deals to engineering, product, and executive buyers
• Build and manage pipeline using HubSpot, leveraging personalized outbound and account based strategies
• Rigorously qualify and forecast deals using MEDDPIC
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to refine messaging, pricing, and objection handling
• Capture and synthesize customer and market feedback to influence roadmap and positioning
• Contribute to and help evolve sales playbooks, processes, and onboarding materials
• Represent AllSpice at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
• Compete effectively against incumbent and emerging solutions by clearly quantifying business value and ROI

• Help improve the parsing engine for electronics design files
• Work closely with the team to expand and improve the input parsing layer
• Contribute to the architecture that powers hardware automation
• Design and refine representations of parsed ECAD files stored in Git repositories
• Drive end-to-end improvements in capabilities and performance across the stack
• Implement testing architectures that allows for incremental improvements
• Provide mentorship to other engineers in modern development and test practices

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement innovative solutions that empower hardware engineers.
• Build automation workflows that streamline and optimize circuit design analysis and processes, leveraging AllSpice’s platform and backend systems.
• Develop integrations with third-party tools, LLMs, and MCPs.
• Design and implement APIs to power AllSpice’s suite of AI products including DRCY.
• Leverage modern AI techniques such as RAG, multi-agent evaluation processes, and planning models to deliver solutions.
• Own and improve the team’s agentic software pipeline, driving continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and developer experience through monitoring and testing of application experience and performance.
• Maintain and elevate code quality, fostering strong engineering practices through reviews, mentorship, and thoughtful design.
