About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers throughout onboarding, deployment, and expansion
  • Design scalable engineering workflows using AllSpice, PLM systems, CI/CD infrastructure, AI tools, and customer-specific processes
  • Architect integrations between AllSpice and customer systems including PLM, requirements management, identity providers, and internal engineering platforms
  • Advise customers on hardware development best practices, design review processes, automation opportunities, and AI adoption
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer challenges
  • Manage and mentor Forward-Deployed Engineers supporting customer implementations
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback and technical roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform capabilities and future direction
  • Build repeatable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Experience working in hardware development environments, including PCB, electronics, or embedded systems development
  • Strong understanding of engineering systems, software, and workflows
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineering managers, and individual contributors
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new processes from the ground up
  • Experience leading complex technical deployments in enterprise environments (preferred)
  • Experience using or administering ECAD tools such as Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, Xpedition, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with PLM, requirements management, and engineering data systems (preferred)
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development workflows (preferred)
  • Experience with APIs, automation frameworks, and enterprise integrations (preferred)
  • Experience in customer-facing architecture, consulting, or implementation roles (preferred)
  • Experience translating customer requirements into product requirements, technical specifications, or roadmap recommendations (preferred)
