Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of wholesale carriers, service providers, and channel partners as their trusted advisor and day-to-day contact
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across voice, data, IP transit, and fibre services
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with partner goals and company strategy
• Track account usage, service delivery, and trends to identify optimisation and upsell opportunities
• Drive contract negotiations, identify pricing strategies, and lead business reviews to drive mutual growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to resolve issues and enhance partner experience
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and risks using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership
• Take ownership of strategic relationships across the wholesale telecoms and fibre partner landscape and drive partner success through the aquila wholesale platform
• Report directly to the Sales Director

Events

• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering a packed calendar of external and internal events, including trade shows, networking events, launches, partner roundtables, webinars, and awards
• Deliver pre and post-event communications with partners and stakeholders, working with Commercial team
• Own venue and supplier research, booking, liaison and pre-event logistics
• Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event assets including stand materials, branded giveaways, printed collateral, and digital content
• Participate in and support live events – helping with set-up, greeting, breakdown and on-the-day coordination
• Deliver event marketing plans, social media coverage and post-event follow-up
• Own the inbound marketing request channel and ensure tickets are prioritised and completed on time
• Support the wider marketing team across digital, content, campaigns and product marketing collateral
• Create and update sales enablement tools such as brochures, data sheets, presentations, and case studies
• Govern marketing asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Perform content uploads, basic edits and updates to the website
• Assist with social media content creation (video and graphic production, copywriting)
• Help track marketing activity and events ROI using basic reporting and analytics
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to support messaging and positioning

Marketing and Events Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and maintain the company-wide budget model; lead components of the annual budgeting process and deliver detailed budget reports and insights to department leaders
• Own and manage the quarterly forecasting cycles; conduct variance analysis and present forecasts and analyses to senior leadership with actionable commentary
• Lead delivery of all financial reporting requirements; develop and maintain dashboards and management reports monitoring KPIs and financial targets; deliver Balanced Scorecard reporting
• Act as a trusted finance partner to budget holders; collaborate with Finance Operations and Financial Control to ensure accounting alignment; provide tailored financial insights and planning support
• Build and maintain robust financial models for scenario evaluation, pricing strategies and investment opportunities; provide data-driven insights for business cases
• Monitor and analyse cost drivers, identify optimisation opportunities and partner with functional teams to implement efficiency initiatives
• Prepare and support delivery of regular investor reporting and respond to investor questions with accurate analysis

Senior FP&A Manager

Analyst

• As a Release Analyst you will play a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases at APFN.
• Reporting to the Test & Environments Manager
• Documenting the scope of each release, creating detailed deployment plans, progressing changes through the change management process, overseeing deployments, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the release lifecycle.
• Release Coordination: Supporting the planning and scheduling of end-to-end software releases. Maintaining and updating the release calendar to ensure visibility and alignment across teams. To assist with defining release scope and timelines in collaboration with engineering, QA, and operations teams.
• Deployment Support: Preparing and maintaining deployment plans, including pre-release checks and rollback procedures. Providing hands-on support during release windows, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution. Documenting release outcomes and contribute to post-release reviews.
• Governance & Compliance: Progressing releases through the change management process, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in place. Ensuring adherence to internal release governance and compliance standards.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicating release plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including QA, development, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the improvement of release processes, tools, and documentation. Identifying opportunities to streamline release activities and reduce risk.
