About the role

  • Support the system implementation process by performing configurations, parameterizations, and validations according to team guidance;
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal and external users, resolving inquiries and incidents related to the system;
  • Log, track, and close technical tickets, ensuring organization and adherence to established deadlines;
  • Validate and catalogue errors identified on the platform, gathering evidence and the information necessary for analysis;
  • Escalate technical issues to the responsible department (e.g., the development team), monitoring the status until resolution;
  • Document processes, support interactions, and applied solutions;
  • Contribute improvement suggestions based on recurring issues identified in support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (higher education in progress in IT-related fields is desirable);
  • Intermediate computer skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
