Ensure secure, high-availability deployments using automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Python, Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript), and/or Rust/Go.
Strong experience with React, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
Deep knowledge of backend systems, microservices, and API development.
Proven track record in designing and scaling reliable system architectures for complex applications.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating machine learning models or LLMs (large language models) and autonomous agents into applications.
Hands-on experience with smart contract development (Solidity/Ethereum or comparable), Web3 tools, and blockchain protocols.
Strong proficiency with modern cloud infrastructure and distributed systems – including deploying to AWS/GCP, using container orchestration (Kubernetes), and building data pipelines with streaming/message platforms like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced, research-driven startup environment.
Demonstrated technical leadership in previous roles, with experience mentoring engineers and guiding cross-team initiatives.
