Engineer

• Support the troubleshooting and repair of process instrumentation and control equipment/systems.
• Design, develop, manage, and implement process control and automation projects involving systems and technologies such as DCS, PLCs, safety systems, and data acquisition systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard engineering practices related to PLC alarm management and safety system best practices.
• Optimize and automate plant controls using techniques such as loop tuning and advanced process control applications, with a focus on improving facility cost-effectiveness and production capacity.
• Provide technical support and expertise for process control in both batch and continuous chemical manufacturing.
• Develop cost estimates, schedules, capital budgets, cash flow projections, and financial documentation to support capital projects.
• Manage consultants, vendors, and contractors in preparing detailed engineering plans and specifications for the procurement and construction of capital assets.
• Participate in process hazard analyses, process safety reviews, process change authorizations, pre-startup safety reviews, and mechanical hazard analysis studies.

Process Controls Engineer

• Lead batch production operations in daily activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance across a 3-shift, 5–7-day operation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures regarding environmental, health, safety, and applicable governmental regulations.
• Prepare, analyze, and issue production and performance reports, taking corrective actions as needed to drive improvement.
• Manage plant budget, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet manufacturing standards using Lean tools, 5S, and Management of Change (MOC).
• Deliver the production plan and develop capacity and resource strategies to maintain flexibility and agility in response to short-term challenges.
• Implement business process measurement systems, work process improvements, Lean and cycle-time reduction initiatives, process optimization, workforce engagement activities, and identify and deploy workforce training programs.
• Develop supervisory leadership across all shifts and ensure Safety, Quality, and Delivery goals are consistently achieved.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the organization in alignment with company policies, while managing individual and overall plant staff performance.

• Coordinate order fulfilment through close collaboration with internal teams, including Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform accurate order entry and follow-up in the ERP system (SAP), addressing and resolving any order related changes and discrepancies as needed.
