About the role
- Manage the customer portfolio with a proactive and professional approach, ensuring timely handling of orders and resolution of complaints while anticipating customer needs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering clear and accurate information.
- Coordinate order fulfilment through close collaboration with internal teams, including Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform accurate order entry and follow-up in the ERP system (SAP), addressing and resolving any order related changes and discrepancies as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Support digital transformation and nurture a culture of continuous improvement through a variety of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Economics, business administration, logistics, business and other comparable fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Good understanding of order management processes, order fulfillment, and the order-to-cash process (O2C).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of CRM, SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
