Administrative Assistant

• Coordinate and support Management of Change (MOC) activities by creating, maintaining, and updating MOC records, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and aligned with established processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions to track progress, follow up on action items, gather required information, and help drive timely completion of MOC requirements.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, workflows, and system records, ensuring changes, roles, responsibilities, and supporting documentation are properly captured and archived.
• Monitor MOC performance and generate reports to identify process bottlenecks, resource constraints, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement and increased process efficiency.
• Support the ongoing development and adoption of the global MOC system by providing administrative coordination, promoting process compliance, collecting user feedback, and contributing to quality and audit readiness initiatives.
