About the role
- Provide hands-on technical service and formulation support for printing and packaging applications
- Plan and execute laboratory work, including formulation development and performance benchmarking
- Engage directly with customers through on-site visits and technical discussions
- Travel to customer sites, industry events, and internal meetings to provide in-person technical support
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to support product selection
- Translate customer requirements into actionable development briefs
- Monitor market and technology trends to identify innovation opportunities
- Represent allnex as a technical expert at conferences and trade shows
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on formulation experience in coatings or inks for printing and packaging applications (8-10+ years preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of waterborne, energy curable, and/or solventborne chemistries
- Proven ability to work independently in a laboratory setting
- Demonstrated success in engaging with customers to understand technical needs
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits and industry events
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and technical documentation
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
