About the role
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave management, employee relations, leadership development, training, and payroll/timekeeping support
- Provide management with ongoing consultation on performance management tools and solutions
- Promote the Allnex culture and values
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources and Labor Relations background within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources and Labor Relations Management
- Strong communication skills, facilitation skills and influencing skills
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, HRIS (SAP-SuccessFactors) and Payroll systems (ADP)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent degree
- SPHR/SHRM-SCP Certificate
