About the role
- Assist to manage and track MOC activities
- Ensure timely execution and support teams by identifying and removing bottlenecks
- Collaborate closely with technical and plant teams
- Handle key administrative tasks
- Provide valuable insights that contribute to continuous improvement
- Ensure that all MOC related data and information is up to date
- Follow up with involved parties on current statuses of MOCs
- Generate reports from the system
- Help to track organizational changes with consequential impact to the MOC process
- Identify/track root causes for delays for further process improvement
Requirements
- Experience in handling administrative tasks
- Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages is an added advantage
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in working with database systems to enhance personal productivity and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
