About the role

  • Develop and execute the Regional Strategic Growth Plan focusing on market segments and customer expansion.
  • Define key marketing challenges and contribute to the technology and innovation roadmap.
  • Support M&A pipeline development and market entry strategies.
  • Analyze APAC market trends, growth rates, and key indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Build a strong network with end-users through trade shows, conferences, and industry institutions.
  • Provide in-depth market segment knowledge, sharing insights with Sales and Technical Service teams.
  • Evaluate innovation projects and develop business cases for APAC opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, innovation, and new business development teams.
  • Drive sustainable product innovation, aligning with green technology trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive APAC market database covering market segments, technologies, and competitors.
  • Identify growth potential, market share evolution, and strategic opportunities.
  • Define allnex’s competitive positioning in the APAC region.
  • Provide content for internal and external communications in collaboration with Marcom, Digital, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars to enhance allnex’s market presence.
  • Strengthen the company’s reputation in sustainability and green technology.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years in marketing, commercial, or business development roles.
  • A background in the automotive or related industries is preferred, with experience in the coatings and/or specialty chemicals industry would be a plus.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and an entrepreneurial thinker.
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen—able to translate technical benefits into business value.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration in a regional/global environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and business management tools.
