About the role

  • Expand the Additives business in North America by maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Explore new market opportunities.
  • Increase allnex’s additive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
  • Collaborate with key accounts and distribution partners to serve customers in the coatings industry.
  • Integrate allnex’s Additive technologies into coatings and parts manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably in coatings or additive technologies such as UV-curable resins, dispersants, acid catalysts, oxidative driers, additive manufacturing, defoamers, tires, and alkyds (experience in these areas is a plus).
  • Demonstrated practical experience and success in at least two of the following areas: coatings industry, R&D, analysis, sales, formulation, or business management.
  • Availability to travel around 35%.
  • BS, Eng., or BA in chemistry or technical discipline.
  • MBA and/or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science preferred.
