About the role
- Expand the Additives business in North America by maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Explore new market opportunities.
- Increase allnex’s additive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Collaborate with key accounts and distribution partners to serve customers in the coatings industry.
- Integrate allnex’s Additive technologies into coatings and parts manufacturing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably in coatings or additive technologies such as UV-curable resins, dispersants, acid catalysts, oxidative driers, additive manufacturing, defoamers, tires, and alkyds (experience in these areas is a plus).
- Demonstrated practical experience and success in at least two of the following areas: coatings industry, R&D, analysis, sales, formulation, or business management.
- Availability to travel around 35%.
- BS, Eng., or BA in chemistry or technical discipline.
- MBA and/or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science preferred.
