Software Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Own onboarding, product adoption, training, renewals, advocacy programs, and expansion across your accounts.
• Design and implement scalable Customer Success strategies that align with customer lifecycle stages and revenue goals.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive upsells, cross-sells, and identify new revenue opportunities inside accounts.
• Build and nurture executive relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and prioritize features that drive stickiness and revenue growth.
• Build and own a comprehensive health scoring system to monitor adoption, engagement, and at-risk accounts.

• Offer ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth platform usage.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and work with product and engineering teams to prioritize new features.
• Create and maintain documentation for customer implementations to support future operations.

Account Executive

• Identify use cases and prospect teams that need Allium's data platform for accounting, analytics or building applications
• Develop a book of high potential engaged prospects and maintain a sufficient pipeline to support successful attainment against quota
• Successfully lead a technical sales motion of guiding engineers, product, and growth team members for the entire life-cycle from prospecting to close
• Master Allium's data schemas and solutions and evangelize for industry success across fintech, tradfi, crypto exchanges, crypto startups, protocols

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the operating model, annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial outlook
• Lead the monthly and quarterly FP&A close rhythm: variance analysis, rolling reforecasts, and close coordination with Accounting
• Build and maintain the headcount plan with functional leaders, tying hiring decisions to business outcomes and ROI
