Outside Sales

• Identify and prospect new commercial and industrial clients for pre-engineered metal building systems
• Develop sales opportunities within assigned territories
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential projects
• Meet prospective clients, understand project needs, and provide tailored metal building solutions
• Advise clients throughout the sales process from initial contact through project delivery
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and engineers
• Develop knowledge of PEMB systems, design options, engineering specifications, and customization features
• Provide technical guidance on building design and functionality
• Prepare pricing proposals while maintaining company profitability
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and internal teams from sale to delivery
• Communicate consistently with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide post-sale support and resolve construction or installation issues
