About the role
- Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance processes related to RMO operations
- Ensure claims adjudication audits are processed accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead a team, develop quality control measures, and improve processes
- Manage the overall workflow within the department
- Support professional development by identifying growth opportunities
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct audits, manage training, and oversee team performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-7 years of work-related experience required
- 2 years of leadership experience required
- Property and casualty adjuster license required
- QA Platform / Audit Solution experience preferred
