About the role
- Performing Outbound Calls to Insurance Agents/Regional offices for verification of loan collateral coverage
- Researching loan history to perform the correct tasks
- Accurately verifying questions with insurance agents and documenting in loan history
- Meeting department goals of 10 accounts per hour
- Obtaining 90% or higher on quality audits
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Use of clear, concise and effective oral communication
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Strong organization workflow skills
- Data entry and keyboard knowledge
- Professional interaction with employees, peers and customers
