• Bring Allied Sports’ brand and to life across presentations, templates, and sales materials
• Design smart, visually striking layouts that simplify complex information and enhance storytelling
• Transform text-heavy or cluttered slides into clean, confident, persuasive visuals
• Create charts, tables, and data visualizations that are easy to understand and aesthetically strong
• Partner with internal teams to ensure decks feels polished, intentional, and client-ready
• Maintain image and visual standards across all presentation formats
• Support creative pitches, creating mockups and visual assets across digital, social, and print when needed
• Support Account teams with Client-facing presentation clean-up needs as needed

Presentation Designer – Creative Services

Manager

• Support the development and execution of sponsorship measurement plans and analytical frameworks across multiple clients, properties, and partnership types
• Conduct sponsorship asset valuations for brands, teams, leagues, events, and talent partnerships, leveraging media exposure data, sponsorship benchmarks, and internal valuation models
• Execute custom sponsorship measurement initiatives, including media exposure tracking, brand impact (survey-based) analysis, and ROI/business impact assessments
• Manage day-to-day analytics workstreams across concurrent projects, including data collection, vendor coordination, analysis, and reporting
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support quantitative and qualitative research initiatives tied to advisory, sales, and representation efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand Strategy, Partnerships, and Sales teams to integrate insights into pitches, renewals, and go-to-market strategies
• Prepare and contribute to client-facing and internal presentations, performance readouts, and strategic materials that clearly communicate insights and implications
• Provide ongoing research and industry intelligence support to internal stakeholders, including market trends, category benchmarks, valuation norms, and sponsorship best practices
• Monitor industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and evolving measurement standards to ensure clients and colleagues receive best-in-class sponsorship intelligence
• Contribute to the continued development and documentation of analytics best practices, tools, and processes across the agency

Manager, Data & Analytics

Analyst

• Assist with day-to-day management of internal research requests emanating from both brand marketing and partnership development (commercial) teams, respectively
• Provide data-oriented client support for both brand and property clients related to questions of sponsorship strategy, deal/asset valuation, and marketing performance measurement
• Leverage data to generate industry and fan insights related to existing client endeavors as well as prospective clients (new business pitches, RFP responses, etc.)
• Provide general communications and administrative support related to Allied Sports analytics services, particularly w/r/t internal research request pipeline management
• Learn and utilize Allied Sports research toolkit including subscription-based services related to consumer demographics/behaviors, business intelligence, industry news aggregators, and media measurement
• Manage relationships with existing and potential research vendors as part of the on-going development of our Allied Sports research toolkit, or for ad hoc client projects
• Assist with presentations/decks, development of client-facing materials, and research-related storytelling including data visualization
• Interface directly with brand and property clients when/where data/research support is needed
