Account Manager

• Support the Director and/or the Executive Vice President with administrative needs such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, circulation of agendas, note taking, expenses processing, travel arrangements, maintenance of online databases and servicing NDAs
• Update and maintain client and partner-facing materials e.g., deal memos, pitch lists, status reports and marketing calendars
• Support account lead(s) and provide guidance and oversight to interns who may support account
• Assist with general office duties and other administrative tasks as needed
• Organization and maintenance of division’s and client’s contact database
• Develop and maintain relationships with promotional contacts
• Develop strong client relationships and always meet client deadlines and exceed expectations
• Research potential partners and industry trends and participate in creative team brainstorms to identify new brands and opportunities
• Prepare research, recaps and reports for clients under multiple deadlines
• Build engaging pitches (presentations, concepts, etc.), demonstrating creative thinking
• Assist with and/or manage a partnership execution, including drafting and reviewing deal memos and legal contracts, asset trafficking and creative reviews, and ongoing measurement of partnership programs
• Help foster a high performing culture that supports the goals of the Partnerships business unit and the company overall
• Have a presence on the team, offer solutions to challenges based on current or past experiences

Partnerships Coordinator

Artificial Intelligence

• Develop, deliver, and refresh AI training programs across departments.
• Host office hours, lead workshops, and coach teams on AI-enabled workflows.
• Build surveys and feedback loops to measure adoption and identify blockers.
• Document and roll out revised workflows that integrate AI tools.
• Identify and embed process improvements both with AI and without.
• Work with VP of Strategy & Innovation to drive measurable impact both in terms of client satisfaction, new business, etc. through AI integration.
• Track and report on productivity and efficiency gains.
• Spot new opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies.
• Benchmark industry best practices and keep us ahead of the curve.
• Translate adoption and impact data into clear reporting for leadership.

AI Enablement Lead

Communications

• Plan, create, and coordinate internal and external communications across markets
• Run the weekly agency newsletter focused on growth, engagement, and audience development
• Maintain a cross-channel content calendar and coordinate contributions from subject-matter experts
• Develop and manage executive and event presentation decks ensuring visuals, narratives, and brand consistency
• Lead communications for conferences, panels, and executive speaking opportunities including invitations, social promotion, talking points, and recaps
• Partner with product and brand teams to plan and execute launch communications for new tools, services, and reports
• Support executive visibility with bios, introductions, presentation materials, and thought leadership packaging
• Manage a central communications asset library including brand decks, speaker materials, visuals, and templates
• Deliver regular reports on communications performance across email, social, and web with actionable insights
• Provide ad hoc support on new business materials to ensure messaging clarity and brand alignment
• Report to VP, Strategy & Innovation and work within the Strategy & Innovation department
