• Supports the daily administration and data accuracy of key HR systems including ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone, PayFactors, and Cheers! Recognition Portal
• Ensures employee data, job changes, and compensation updates are processed accurately and on time
• Assists with system audits, compliance reporting (EEO-1 and unemployment claims), and creation of standard HR reports
• Maintains employee records, processes rate and status changes, and provides system support for onboarding, performance, and training programs
• Provides essential administrative and technical support to HR leadership
• Helps coordinate data entry, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth HR process execution
• Assists with employee inquiries, milestone recognition orders, and engagement program tracking
