About the role
- Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruiting Full Cycle: Own the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, selecting job portals, active sourcing and screening, and conducting first-round interviews.
- Hiring: Manage all legal and contractual documentation related to hiring.
- Onboarding: Oversee the pre-boarding phase and the structured integration of new hires.
- Employee Lifecycle & Administrative Daily Operations: Handle HR administrative activities in coordination with our centralized HR services team and maintain the central HR information.
- Documentation: Compile and update employee records (contracts, promotion letters, work-from-abroad certificates, etc.).
- Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews, manage terminations, and issue employment references (Arbeitszeugnisse).
- Performance, Development & Culture Growth: Identify training needs, organize development programs, and maintain the training catalogue.
- Performance: Take a leading role in preparing and implementing the Employee Performance Review (EPR) and feedback processes.
- Engagement: Manage the Allianz Engagement Survey (AES), derive actionable insights, and foster culture through team initiatives.
- Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Controlling: Administer the benefits portfolio and ensure employees are fully informed about our competitive offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure implementation of data privacy (GDPR) within the HR context and stay up to date on labor law with support from our legal team.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (Abitur) and a relevant university degree or vocational training.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, e.g., as an HR assistant, recruiter, or office administrator with a strong HR focus.
- Mindset: Proactive problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-organization, initiative, and team spirit.
- Confidentiality: Comfortable handling strictly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP R/3 or the Allianz HR ecosystem is a plus.
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
