About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned client roles, including intake calls, job posting development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring goals, and timelines, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Source and engage candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assess qualifications, and present high-quality candidate recommendations to clients
- Ensure all recruiting practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices
- Serve as a primary point of contact for recruiting-related client requests and questions
- Support broader HR consulting needs as assigned, which may include process setup, creation of recruiting tools and templates, and market research
- Track recruiting activity, progress, and outcomes, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Accurately track time and work performed for each assigned client
- Identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities across recruiting engagements and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with other consultants and internal team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Demonstrate a service excellence mindset in all interactions with candidates, clients, and colleagues
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
- Experience managing multiple recruiting projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong client service orientation and professional judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Consulting experience preferred
