About the role
- Integrate health care to a diverse patient base
- Ensure standards, protocols, leadership, and direction for quality of care
- Assess and upgrade existing medical care standards
- Provide management, leadership, and coaching to medical staff
- Implement new processes and systems with operations and leadership team
- Work closely with CEO and ensure integration of Behavioral Health services
- Develop strategies and policies in alignment with organizational objectives
- Promote high-quality clinical practice and quality assurance programs
- Participate in budget and operational planning
Requirements
- Licensed Independent Practitioner (Physician, Board Certified) required in state of California
- 5 years clinical experience in an Outpatient setting
- 3 years of supervisory experience with a team of 5 clinical members or more
- MD/DO, Board Certified
- FQHC / public health experience, preferred
- Obstetrical and/or Pediatric experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
