About the role
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations matters, providing coaching, conflict resolution support, and policy guidance.
- Administer and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures; ensure organization wide understanding.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Support compensation reviews ensuring internal equity.
- Administer employee benefits programs and collaborate with external vendors.
- Manage and maintain HRIS data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support organizational learning, development, and DEIA initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive staff culture by coordinating staff retreats and planning events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with payroll processing
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and judgment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms; BambooHR experience preferred but not required.
