• Advising our clients on the implementation or customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and iTrade
• Responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering complex ERP projects
• Aligning customer-specific solutions and their implementation – from workshop to go-live
• Conducting user trainings and providing support during ongoing project execution
• Close collaboration within the team and taking on independent project tasks
• Project documentation, regular project controlling and reporting to stakeholders
• Primary point of contact for our clients, including moderating meetings and steering committees
• Needs analysis: understanding clients' business processes and requirements
• Process consulting: proposing optimizations of workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and our industry solution iTrade
• Solution design: developing concepts for how Business Central can meet the requirements
