About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support our DevOps processes for products and project development
- You build, maintain and continuously improve infrastructure, deployment and automation processes
- You analyze technical challenges, identify root causes and sustainably optimize existing processes
- You document technical procedures in a structured way and ensure transparent, traceable process landscapes
- You actively contribute to our AI strategy and assist with the implementation of modern AI tools
- You contribute your own ideas and help shape modern DevOps standards and technical best practices together with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid foundation or strong understanding in at least one of the following areas: Microsoft infrastructure (administration), DevOps, full-stack software development, or AI
- Experience with modern technologies such as Docker, Git, GitHub, Jira, Azure, Python or PowerShell
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
- Self-initiative, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for actively shaping technical processes
- Analytical and systematic approach to problem analysis
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to new requirements and technologies
- Nice to have: experience in product development or product management
- Knowledge of AL (Business Central) or the Microsoft stack such as Power BI, Power Apps, etc.
- Experience in creating structured technical documentation
- Industry experience, e.g., in renewable energy or commodities trading
