• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through to implementation
• Translate community engagement and ecological principles into compelling site plans
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met
• Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs to achieve financial targets
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and internal teams to deliver integrated natural design solutions
• Share technical expertise to guide project teams on on-site analysis, grading, planting design, and material selection
• Produce high-quality construction documents and detailed technical specifications
• Coach and mentor junior designers through all project phases, from concept sketching to technical documentation
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation for accuracy, compliance, clarity, and completeness
• Support redline reviews of construction drawing sets and specifications to ensure clarity, coordination, and constructability
