About the role

  • Define and maintain overall solution architecture for ServiceNow
  • Ensure implementations are technically robust and follow best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into designs
  • Guide and support developers for successful delivery of projects
  • Assess existing implementations and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and maintenance through architectural governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Several years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
  • Solid knowledge of CSDM, software asset management, and building applications and integrations
  • Fluent in English, ability to communicate in Swedish is a plus
