- Develop and champion a vision for Allegro's power products
- Own the P&L for the Power Products business unit
- Inspire and align a global team of engineers
- Collaborate with engineering and sales to define a technology roadmap
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers
- Implement processes for scalable operations
- Represent Allegro at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong track record of growing a product line year-over-year in both revenue and profitability
- Deep technical understanding of power management ICs and motor drivers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus)
