About the role

  • You train and advise customers to ensure efficient use and to develop tailored solution concepts.
  • You develop scripts for interfaces, data imports, and automations to ensure smooth system integration.
  • You document solutions so customers can understand how they work and make adjustments independently.
  • You develop bespoke solutions that secure customer success and create long-term value.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have experience in time and attendance and completed vocational training or a degree in IT.
  • Working with software products is not a challenge for you.
  • You can program (preferably C#, basic knowledge of SQL).
  • You are familiar with Windows operating systems.
  • You can read and modify source code.
  • You are communicative and confident.
  • You can quickly adapt your communication to different stakeholders.
  • You are eager to demonstrate the value of our software to customers and collaborate with colleagues as part of a team.
  • For this role you must have fluent German (≥ C1) and good English skills (≥ B1).
  • You hold a Class B driving license and are service-oriented with a willingness to travel.
