About the role
- Technical consultation with reseller partners and end customers regarding the deployment of our product and system solutions
- Technical project planning, on-site installation and troubleshooting; including creation of documentation and network topology mapping for our network solutions
- Delivery of product, software and network training to reseller partners and end customers, as well as software installation in server–client environments
- Supporting reseller partners with general technical inquiries
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (electrical engineering, IT specialist for system integration or similar) and/or relevant field service experience in electrical engineering
- Career changers from electrical or electronic trades with a strong affinity for IT and troubleshooting are also welcome
- Knowledge of databases, networks, operating systems, terminal server environments and VM technologies
- Enjoyment of customer contact (in German & English) and a high willingness to travel, primarily within the Greater Frankfurt area
