About the role

  • Provide technical advice to distribution partners and end customers on the use of our product and system solutions
  • Technical planning, on-site installation and troubleshooting; including preparation of documentation and determining topology for our network solutions
  • Deliver product, software and network training to distribution partners and end customers and install software in server–client environments
  • Support distribution partners with all general technical inquiries

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (electrical engineering, IT specialist/System Informatics) and/or relevant professional experience in electrical engineering field service
  • Career changers from electrical or electronic trades with a strong affinity for IT and troubleshooting are also welcome
  • Knowledge of databases, networks, operating systems, terminal-server environments and VM technologies
  • Enjoy client contact (in German & English) and a high willingness to travel, primarily within the Greater Frankfurt area
