About the role
- Technical consultation for trade partners and end customers regarding the deployment of our product and system solutions
- Technical planning, on-site installation and troubleshooting; including preparation of documentation and topology assessment for our network solutions
- Delivery of product, software and network trainings for trade partners and end customers as well as software installation in server–client environments
- Support for trade partners on all general technical enquiries
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (electrical engineering, IT specialist or system integrator) and/or relevant professional experience in electrical engineering field service
- Career changers from electrical or electronic trades with a strong affinity for IT and troubleshooting are also welcome
- Knowledge of databases, networks, operating systems, terminal server environments and VM technologies
- Enjoy interacting with customers (in German & English) and willing to travel frequently, primarily in the Nuremberg and Bamberg areas
