Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
5-10 years’ engineering experience, including a minimum 3-5 years of engineering/operations management experience managing cross functional teams.
Experience in multiple disciplines including manufacturing and engineering.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Proficient in lean concepts, process controls and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work in and develop a team environment.
Demonstrate effective facilitation skills.
