About the role
- Perform enrollment/registration adjustments for beneficiaries of group health plans
- Provide support to the team and clarify inquiries
- Monitor deadlines and indicators for internal and external adjustments
- Analyze and correct data discrepancies between the company and plan operators
- Execute registration changes and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure all requests received by email are logged and tracked with the carriers
- Control and follow up on registration movements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience in the healthcare sector — with insurers, brokers, or administrators — is desirable
